Frequently Asked Questions
When does the course start and finish?
Being only once per year, this is the only time this course will open in 2023. While we advise completing one lesson per week, once enrolled it is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. The choice is yours!
Once enrolled can I take the course at my own pace or do I need to stick to the 12 week schedule from enrolling?
Once enrolled you can complete the course completely at your own speed. We recommend doing and completing one module per week but you can absolutely schedule your learning speed at your own pace!
How long do I have access to the course?
You have lifetime access! After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own as long as the course exists.
What if I am not yet confident with my drawing skills?
As part of the course, included in most watercolour modules are the exact templates that you will see Kerrie painting just to make life a little easier. You can choose to either use the exact module template and follow along with Kerrie or you can sketch out your own drawings if you are already confident in drawing. Several modules of this course also focus on drawing in proportion.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
What currency is the course in?
The currency of the course is in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. AUD$1497 is approximately $1104 US Dollars / or 924 Euros / or 825 British Pounds in total.
Am I able to pay over several months rather than in one go?
You definitely can! You can choose either a one off payment of AUD$1497, or AUD$395 split across four monthly payments.
How much do the materials cost to do the course?
In general here are my suggestions regarding supplies:
Complete beginner: Materials should cost less than AUD$100 in total for course watercolour supplies. Much less if you have already done the Original Kerrie Hess Masterclass.
Watercolour: I would suggest that you purchase only the basic versions of : A set of watercolour tubes, an A4 book of watercolour 300gsm textured paper. And a selection of around 5 brushes.
Additional mediums: Iridescent watercolour medium, gold foil, craft glue, sea salt, and gold size glue.
Will I receive an official certificate of completion at the end of the course?
Yes you will! On completion and request, we will send you a stamped beautifully printed Advanced Masterclass Certificate in the post.
What if I am still just a beginner, can I still do this course?
Yes! This course is still for beginners. Simply try out watercolour once to know how it works as a medium, and you will be all set to do this course.
